Aon is currently recruiting a Claims Advocate to join our UK Client Services team within Reinsurance Solutions based in London.

About the role:

As a Claims Advocate, some of your main responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting claim negotiation and settlement on more complex claims.
  • Communicating and managing of the client expectation
  • Building client relationships in tandem with Account Executive / Client Director
  • Supporting carrier meeting for specific claim
  • Identifying and reporting of contract drafting problems and errors
  • Supporting claims data analysis and reporting
  • Quality control of claims information

About you:

Your skills and expertise:

  • Previous experience in project management and administration
  • Understanding of claims process and insurance industry
  • Claims experience is beneficial
  • Highly focussed on client service and detail
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good ability to work under your own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral.
